Theater doors will open 10 minutes prior to showtime.
Late entry to the theater is not allowed. The theater is dark and it is unsafe to enter the theater after the show has begun. Please be sure to arrive on time!
Museum exhibits are not accessible during evening showtimes.
Valid identification will be requested upon arrival for any discounted ticket purchases.
Please be advised that this show contains bright, flashing lights, virtual motion, and loud music. This experience is not recommended for guests who are sensitive to light, motion, and noise. Laser show and strobe light effects may cause seizures in certain individuals.
Atmospheric haze is used in our laser shows to enhance laser visibility. Exposure to the haze is not harmful and is intended and approved for use in public venues (see product safety data sheet). However, those with respiratory conditions may find that haze impacts their breathing, and should take appropriate precautions.
Some shows may contain language/lyrics inappropriate for children. Parents are urged to be cautious.
